1. A brief overview / description of what your product or service is.
Leadature provides revolutionary lead tracking, e-literature and instant metrics … all-in-one system. Exhibit managers can dump the decades old lead retrieval box with all its limitations to better capture attendee contact information through any web-based device (i.e. laptop computer, kiosk, smart phone, mobile hand, badge scanner); allows attendees to self-select literature from a full document library; instantly deliver emails to attendees; and notify and match appropriate sales reps with prospects immediately when they are scanned with email notifications from Leadature’s attendee sales rep connector tool.
2. How your product / service will meet customer's requirements, fulfil a need or solve a problem
Most lead management programs stop once the lead is scanned. Leadature is just getting started. Leadature solves the follow-up problem that many exhibit managers experience by closing the gap between the show floor and the sales team. Leadature qualifies the customer via personalized profile questions and makes notes in their file. Attendees are connected with the appropriate sales rep. with Flash Leads, an instant connection tool.
Leadature instantly sends literature to the customer’s inbox and sends the lead to the sales rep. The marketing or sales team can instantly measure responses and click thrus in real-time and track customer visits across multiple shows.
3. What is unique or innovative about your product?
Leadature offers many features that are simply not found in traditional lead capture programs as well as new lead capture solutions. Leadature can operate on any device that supports a browser and supports unlimited concurrent events. Available in multiple languages,
Leadature provides global event support and provides “on the fly” language selection for both the interface and collateral material. Real-time metrics are available to view response to the e-literature feature that is also unique allowing attendees to view and select documents (rich media including video) of interest. Using a Flash Leads tool feature, attendees and sales reps are mapped by product and geography.
4. What impact does your product have, or aim to have, on meeting professionals and the meetings/events industry?
Leadature is helping sales reps close sales and exhibit managers benchmark their activity to validate their program while customizing the exhibit experience for attendees. Leadature’s goal is to create a direct connection between a hot lead on the show floor and the sales force. By instantly getting the lead from the staffer to the appropriate salesperson, exhibitors can shorten their sales cycle rather than waiting for the leads to be sent back to the home office, analyzed, input into a database and then distributed to the correct reps.
5. Please provide an outline of the product/service development so far, and how successful this has been:
Since 2004, PRMconnect has been redefining lead capture and qualification, e-literature and measurement. PRMconnect has presented the industry two Leadature solutions: Leadature for exhibit managers and LeadatureExpress marketed to show organizers, launched in December 2010 at IAEE. Leadature was recently nominated for three TSEA (Trade Show Exhibitors Association) Exhibitor’s Choice Awards: Best of the Rest 2011, Best New Innovation and received Honorable Mention for Best Technology Company.
Leadature continues to prove successful for each new client. Exhibitor Magazine recently profiled Leadature and one of its case studies in “The Leading Edge” in the July 2011 issue. The article describes how Terex used Leadature at the 2011 World of Concrete, and at that show alone, Terex saved over $15,000 in printing and drayage costs previously associated with getting literature produced and to the show. Within a year, they expect $100,000 cost savings from implementing Leadature.
6. Please give an indication of pricing for using the technology product/service. Be specific as possible
Our pricing is always based on specific client use, not on tariff price lists.
Because Marketing, Marketing Communications, Sales, Sales Operations, and Exhibit & Event departments are among the many client departments that benefit from the complete Leadature solution it is impossible to generalize about cost other than to state what clients tell us which is that the innovative Leadature solution has enormous cost savings impact on their expense line.
Exhibitors can tailor their program spend to fit their event schedule needs and budget requirements.
Project-by-project or annual fee structures are available. Leadature can be used for select events for as little as $1,500 or for larger programs they can save more with an annual license for unlimited usage.
7. What research have you carried out to establish that there is a need for your product or service?
PRMconnect combines the unique blend of industry veterans Dean Hills and Bill Kahn’s years of event and exhibit experience. With decades of hands-on experience in the events and trade show industry, Hills and Kahn launched Leadature to solve many of the problems they experienced firsthand when limited by the antiquated systems that Leadature now replaces.
8. What do you see as being the next stages in the product/service development?
