Hosted Buyers who qualify to attend EIBTM will be required to attend up to 7 Pre-Scheduled Appointments (PSAs) and 1 Destination Presentation each day that they attend the event.
Hosted Buyers select the exhibitors that they would like to meet with at the show and then our appointment system matches these requests to generate a personlised diary for each Hosted Buyer based on their preferences.
Once the appointment match has taken place and the buyer has their personalised diary, they can then also reuqest additional diary appointments.
