Streamline Events 2.1 is a unique fully developed onsite content management system for event organizers that allows organizers to distribute all digital content through all relevant channels:
Branded Session Room Presentations, Digital Signage, Kiosk PC Presentations, Digital Hand-outs and not at least Online.
With Streamline Events 2.1 all content is streamlined in to one content library collecting data from three main sources:
• Local content: By uploading local content such as PowerPoints, Movies, Pictures, PDFs and WebPages all content can be managed pre-event or onsite from a speaker ready room.
• Online content: By importing online content – social media such as YouTube, Slideshare, Issuu, Flickr and Twitter Fountain can easily be integrated and distributed.
• Event management data: By importing Event Management Data such as abstract data or event registration data - agendas, session and presentation slides will automatically be created and can be distributed throughout all channels.

Streamline Events is an life cycle solution where all content is efficiently managed year after year from pre event presentation management over import of event management data – creation of content – onsite content management – and post event preparation for online publication to recreation of the event online.
With Streamline Events organizers do not only have a tool that will allow them to provide delegates with information and direction in form of timetables and floor plans, but include a brand new sponsor and advertisement platform where sponsors can get there exposure allocated to specific sessions through digital signage with unlimited timeslots.

3. What is unique or innovative about your product?
Streamline Events 2.1 is both unique as well as innovative in terms of concept, integration of event management data, social media integration, specific functionality and end product.
As far as our research goes no other product on the market offers a solution for:
1. Building one central content library, including any multimedia element, from where digital content can be managed and distributed through all relevant channels.
2. Streaming Event Management Data directly from customer’s abstract databases into one content library automatically creating Agendas, Session and presentation slides in a display friendly format.
3. Search and integrate Social Multimedia real-time directly through a Wizard.
4. Creating web pages through a HTML editor where the layout of text and pictures is controlled by drag and drop functionality.
5. An end product that offers Dynamic Extendable Presentations that can be distributed hands-on, through a network, as digital marketing and online.
4. What impact does your product have, or aim to have, on meeting professionals and the meetings/events industry?
With Streamline Events we aim to provide meeting professionals with a tool to efficiently manage and streamline all digital content and by this means raising quality on how content is managed pre-event, onsite and post-event.
Streamline Event impacts how:
1. Event-hosts brand an event through branded session room presentations, digital signage, etc., how they communicate with the participants giving directions and information and how they can maximize the ROI through offering a new sponsor and advertisement platform.
2. Event-managers deal with content pre-event by preparing branded presentation templates including Agendas, Session / Presentation slides, etc. – including speaker presentation elements onsite from a speaker ready room and recreating the event online post-event.
3. Speakers give presentations by offering them a service from the Speaker Ready Room where they can add additional multimedia content such as movies and links to relevant websites that can be navigated dynamically in any order.
5. Please provide an outline of the product/service development so far, and how successful this has been:
Streamline Event 2.1 is a fully developed server solution that contains:
• A Layout wizard that forms unlimited brands called Location Styles. Each Location Style has its own menu enabling individual presentations for all parallel session rooms.
• A Menu Wizard whereby menu and sub menus is built with elements from the content library.
• A Session Diary Wizard where all session room, including Speakers and session / presentations are added and organized either manually or by importing data from existing customer databases.
• A Self Running Wizard where all digital signage is created based on screen location with unlimited timeslots and elements from the content library running with a specific duration.
• Five element wizards that all contain functionality for uploading local content as well as adding online content (Social Multimedia)
• A Publish Wizard where all presentations are distributed and can run Online, through a network or Local from a pc or digital media.
6. Please give an indication of pricing for using the technology product/service. Be specific as possible(e.g the pricing for an example event with xxx attendees.)
Streamline Data can provide our solution to our customers either by:
1. A Server License with unlimited users/logins for clients that wish to manage content on their own. With a license fee of £2500* per license per year.
2. Full service where Streamline Data Ltd manage all digital content Pre-event, Onsite as well as Post-event. Price:
a. Pre-event services and Post-event services at a standard rate of £300* per day.
b. Onsite support and Speaker Ready Room Management at a standard rate of £500* per day per staff member plus Travel and subsistence.
3. Any combination of the two above with a discount.
Streamline Data runs a campaign offer to the end of this year 2011 offering all Pre-event services and Post-event services plus one year license for £4500* no matter the size of the event.

7. What research have you carried out to establish that there is a need for your product or service?
Our research combines bout our own experience working 15 years in the meeting industry as well as research carried out both by our self and by Prospect IP at De Montfort University, searching the internet and by reading industry reports, establish both the need for a solution to streamline digital content as well as confirms that our product is the only one of its kind on the marked. In addition we have had very positive feedback from existing as well as potential customers using our system and as well from individual meetings with hosted buyers at EIBTM and IMEX demonstrating the system.
8. What do you see as being the next stages in the product/service development?
Streamline Data will continue the development of Streamline Events and the two limited editions Streamline Presenter and Streamline Self Running in our product suite after the overall principle:
Development with the users for the users!
Streamline Data will as well continue to develop our innovative User Interface based on open source technology with drag and drop functionality and close integration with social media.
Streamline Data is right now in the process of moving the development in two individual directions:
1. Enter into a project with the Innovation Partnership of University of Leicester creating a free online version offering specific functionality from Streamline Events targeting Speakers focusing on the integration of Social Multimedia.
2. Creating a branded version of Streamline Events for a London based Event Management Supplier integration closely with an existing Abstract System.
