Register - Hosted Buyer

Online registration for the EIBTM 2008 Hosted Buyer Programme is now open.

If you organise, influence or make budgetary decisions for international business travel, meetings, incentive travel, international conventions, product launches, staff training or events then you could be eligible to attend EIBTM as a Hosted Buyer.

Please note that the application form will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. You will be asked to input:

• Information on past and future business/events
• Details of a valid credit card (which must not expire before 01/09)
• In some cases, passport details including date and place of issue
• Our main method of communicating with you is via email. There are occasions when emails may be blocked, or filtered into your anti-virus or 'spam' folder.

To ensure you receive all our emails, including flight and accommodation information, please add the email domain "reedexpo.co.uk" to your safe recipients list, or add the Hosted Buyer email address eibtm-hosted@reedexpo.co.uk to your approved list of addresses. You may need to contact your system/network administrator to confirm you are able to receive our emails.

If you are unable to attend EIBTM and do not advise us in writing prior to the close of business on Thursday 27th November 2008, you will be classed as a "No Show" and will incur a fee of 500 Euros.

"No Show" fees for Hosted Buyers will be applied:

• If you do not make the required number of exhibitor selections and/or appointments prior to the close of the diary.
• You are reported onsite as a "No Show"
• You are unable to attend EIBTM and do not advise us in writing prior to close of business on Thursday 27th November 2008
• If you miss 2 or more Pre-Scheduled Appointments and/or Destination Presentations per day of attendance at EIBTM 2008
